Through DMBF, Ex-servicemen and their dependents are provided with emergency financial assistance on a case-by-case basis.

1. Financial assistance from the District Military Benevolent Fund

An amount of Rs. 6,000/- to 7,000/- is sanctioned from the District Military Benevolent Fund to destitute ex-servicemen subject to eligibility criteria.

2. Emergency financial assistance

Emergency financial assistance is provided to ex-servicemen and their dependents on a case-by-case basis.
10,000/- and 5,000/- from the District Military Benevolent Fund is sanctioned by District Collectors and District Sainik Welfare Officers respectively.
